Do you serve clients outside Texas?
Yes — we serve small businesses across the United States remotely. For clients within ~120 miles of San Antonio, in-person kickoff and quarterly strategy meetings are included; clients outside that radius are served fully remotely or with travel quoted at cost.
Do you have certifications or partnerships?
Kismet House Media specializes in AI Search Visibility (AEO) — a discipline newer than most existing certifications. We continuously train on the latest guidance from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and Perplexity. Formal partner program credentials will be listed as they're earned.
How do you handle data security and privacy?
NDAs available on request. Credentials stored in encrypted password managers. Sites we build support GDPR and CCPA compliance with cookie consent and privacy policy templates. Client data is never sold or shared.
What is your typical website project timeline?
Multi-page websites typically launch in 3–5 weeks (discovery, design, build, QA, launch). Landing pages launch in 5–7 business days. Scope changes are quoted as written change orders before work begins.
